Thomas Seaman, Esq., is a senior corporate and transactional attorney with over thirty years of experience. He has been the General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Government Affairs Officer for multiple companies as well as a Senior Corporate Counsel at a Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 company. Mr. Seaman has represented companies ranging from startups to public multinational organizations. Before becoming an in-house counsel, Mr. Seaman was an attorney with Shearman & Sterling, an AMLAW50 global law firm.
Mr. Seaman acts as the outside general counsel and chief compliance officer for multiple companies and advises individuals and companies on contracting, governance, securities, financings, M&A, technology, licensing, intellectual property, privacy, healthcare, telemedicine, software, employment, litigation funding/management and real estate matters. He brings a pragmatic approach to counseling his clients that protects their material interests and gets matters completed in an effective and timely manner.
