Why We Care

At Fridman Law Firm PLLC, business is in our blood. The Firm’s founder, Neil Fridman’s, grandparents after surviving the Holocaust, came to the United States and built a life as successful, self-made entrepreneurs. With that passion and drive in his DNA, Neil committed to eventually building a business of his own. After working on Wall Street as an investment banker for several years, he decided to blend his finance experience with his legal background to help founders – like himself – navigate the ins and outs of the startup world. From early-stage financing to intellectual property protection, he and his team serve as experienced advisers for companies at all stages to help them realize success.

Neil Fridman, Managing Partner

Neil Fridman, JD, MBA is a senior corporate and real estate attorney. As the Managing Partner of the , he has represented companies ranging from startups to multinationals, along with funds and individual and institutional investors.

Mr. Fridman counsels on entity formation and structuring, seed and venture capital financing, joint venture and strategic partnering relationships, employment, equity plans, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and, together with outside counsel, protection and licensing of intellectual property.

Leonard Nannarone, JD, specializes in corporate law, M&A, contract negotiations, and securities law. He represents clients from startups to multinationals, including venture capital funds and corporations like The Boston Globe and Intel. Leonard’s experience spans guiding startups, negotiating acquisitions, and serving as outside general counsel. He founded Disruptive Legal Fees, showcasing his commitment to innovative legal solutions.

Carmelo Chimera, JD, is a corporate attorney with over a decade of experience. He counsels on corporate structure, contract negotiation, financings, fund formation, and intellectual property. Carmelo’s practice includes entertainment law and film financing. He previously worked at an AM100 law firm in private equity. His entrepreneurial spirit showed early, opening his first business at 21 while in law school.
